Normally am organized everything wrapped weeks before, house renovations meant most presents stuck in a room, still in boxes with house upside down builders left at 12 on 23/12 so we had to clean etc, DH decided to book pub lunch Christmas eve, to give us a break, which ended with all afternoon in the village pub.
Decided to wrap presents once we got in, epic fail no, or few name tags (luckily not dcs ) just in laws and outlaws a good game of guess who's is what needless to say serious present swapping once opened.
FIL I will swap a spa treat and products associated, sil I can give you a crown green bowling bag for that etc etc
Note to self a) do not put all presents in a box to be wrapped as it's easier than individual items but means you not got an idea whats what or who's in what box
b) do not wrap when intoxicated
Apart from that was better than last Christmas and just opened a bottle of fizz
