Roblox gift card not working

Dd has been given two gift cards for Robux (£30 in total), she's redeemed them but the Robux aren't showing up, they come with a free virtual item which has appeared in her inventory so the codes have worked but her balance hasn't updated.

I just wondered if anyone else's child has had the same problem?

I've emailed Roblox but don't expect a reply on Christmas day.

I just had this problem and it’s because I had only added the voucher.
So, you have to then select “convert to Robux” on the same web page you put the voucher code into.

No idea why you have to do this extra step because it’s obvious you don’t want to leave the voucher £ on account.

I couldn't get back to the redeem page again on her account but it made sense what you said about adding credit so I went to the purchase robux page and clicked to pay with the credit on there, dd is now very happy!

Dd2 also had a gift card so I made sure I converted them straight away on the redeem page.
