Phantosmia ruining my christmas dinner!

I suffer from phantosmia. Been happening since 2018. Comes and goes at random. Lasts a few days up to a couple of weeks. It's constant while it's happening. Nothing can overpower it. It's a mix of cigarette smoke, burning plastic and dirty oven. Thoroughly unpleasant.

It's just started happening tonight. I'm really annoyed because I was so looking forward to my dinner tomorrow and now I will barely be able to taste anything or smell anything other than burning.

No delicious roast chicken smells :(

The roulade I slaved over will taste awful :(

Just needed to put my sadness out there so I can get over it!
