This may be TMI but it feels like the entrance of vagina tears when I have sex. I am 6 months PP and still breastfeeding.
Sex is painful and stings for a while after.
From my search it seems like this is called Atrophic vulvovaginitis. Due to low Estrogen while breastfeeding.
I’m scared ( probably irrationally) that this won’t stop! I just need reassurance from anyone who has been through this if things went back to normal after stopping breastfeeding.
