Sprouts and bacon

I normally just steam my sprouts but fancy trying them with bacon, any good recipes?

Fry the sprouts with some lardons in some butter or even in garlic oil until they're a bit crispy. At the end, stir in some honey. Delicious.

My mum used to do them with chestnuts and onions I think ,they were very nice
But tbh I don't think you can go wrong with just plain sprouts bloody love them!

I follow this recipe and we always love them.

I do brussel sprout gratin every year. Its basically bacon, sprouts and cream topped with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Cut sprouts in half, part boil, fry up some bacon add cream and sprouts simmer for a few minutes then put in casserole dish top with parmesan and breadcrumbs mixed and pop in the oven for 20 minutes. It's delicious!

I just halve all my sprouts, spread a load if bacon lardons and the halved sprouts over a baking tray (lined), bit of salt pepper and oil and roast.

Just cook my sprouts as usual, then drain and put back in the pan with the well cooked bacon (chopped up small) from the top of the Turkey. The bacon fat coats the sprouts, yummy!
