Til tomorrow please? Been reading about lots of you prepping and par boiling in advance...seems a great idea but how do I keep them?

Thanks Xmas Wink

The Mary Berry method is to cook the vevetables then quickly run them under cold water. Drain/ dry them and arrange in a serving dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate. On the day, put the dish ( foil still on) in the oven to reheat. I was sceptical, but tried it and it works.

Par boil
Then get them as cold as possible as quickly as possible ...submerge or running cold water
Dry them off a bit....esp green veg
Place in bowl cling film and fridge or cold garage if no fridge room
Next day continue cooking as you normally would
I cut sprouts in half and toss them in some butter etc to finish off

Oh glad I asked this Q. Was thinking leave the potatoes in water but clearly not!
