Cooking roast potatoes Christmas eve

I'm sure this has been discussed, but I can't find it.

I need to get very prepared today and have limited cooking space. I'm roasting the potatoes today - is it best to freeze and cook from frozen tomorrow, or keep in the fridge and cook from chilled?

They're roasting today whatever, so please, no advice about parboiling, shaking and freezing! I'm not doing that this year.

Don't freeze, just stick back in a hot oven tomorrow.

I always do mine on Christmas Eve. I roast them until they're just going golden, not too crispy, then cool and put in the fridge. Then 20/25 mins in a hot oven tomorrow crisps them up beautifully.

I always do this. I undercook them slightly (cooked but not quite as brown as I have them usually) the. Leave them out on the side and whack them in a hot oven (usually when the turkey comes out to rest). Game changer

Perfect, thank you. I have just taken mine out just a little brown.
