Does anybody recognise this bear?

I picked him (her?) Up from a charity shop last week.
I keep getting the funny feeling that he is some kind of "named" bear.
His arms, legs and head are all jointed.
His label has been cut off, looks like scissors.
I thought he looked too nice to be a dog toy!

Could be a harrods, Steiff or Charlie bear I think

Definitely not a Harrods bear.

Steiff usually have something stitched in so not easy to remove without leaving a hole.

I don't think he is a steiff.
Don't they have a tag in their ear?
And aren't they quite stiff or hard?
This one is quite fluffy

Could possibly be a Charlie Bear.

Whatever he is he is super cute

Merrythought or Chad Valley bear? Although not sure of the face being Merrythought.

It is not Bear Grylls, though the eyes and nose are similar.

Well, I have never heard of Charlie bears until now.
He does look a bit like chaplain bear, but he doesn't have scuffed up patches.
He also looks a bit like grumpy bear.
I am shocked at the prices of them!
It looks like I got a bargain, whatever he is.

Now off to Google only fans bear... is this a good idea?
