Best sleep sounds!

So I've posted before about my neighbour who occasionally leaves his telly on all night and I can hear it through the wall. Well I have had an epiphany! I noticed the noise of the hairdryer helped my baby to fall asleep so I thought maybe I'll bring our echo dot into my room and put sleep sounds on for her.

I am in heaven with this! And I can't say I thought it would ever interest me! It totally covers the sound of my neighbours TV. It helps the baby to sleep. It relaxes me so much.

Anyway my favourite sounds are 'blizzard' 'thunderstorm' and 'washing machine sounds' (that's more for baby than me) there is also a 'snoring' sound which is amazing and I would listen to every night only it disturbs the baby. I love the sound of snoring.

What are your favourite sleep sounds? Any I should try out?

I've been having real trouble sleeping recently and have found that a vacuum cleaner sound really helps me. My favourite is . I've also found that you can get sleep headphones - like a headband so you can lie comfortably - though with a baby you may not want to shut out other sounds completely.
