DH thinks I'm a total weirdo for eating mince pies cold out of the packet.

He has to faff around with the oven to heat his every time,

How do you eat yours?

Not my mice pies I don't 😱 but mince pies I do sometimes and put squirty cream or brandy cream on

Exactly - he is now sat waiting for the oven to heat up! Mine went down the hatch 5 minutes ago. 😁

I can eat them cold but I do think they're infinitely better warm with a dollop of brandy butter and cream. However frankly if it's 3pm on a workday afternoon mid December and I'm having a cup of tea while working then I'm eating one cold.

At home yes, 30 seconds in the microwave served with a dollop of creme fraiche.

Will eat cold if necessary.

If I’m feeling organised, yes I prefer them warm. Often eaten cold though

Yes but in the microwave:

Take the pie's lid off.
Microwave pie for 30 secs.
Swirl of squirty cream on top.
Put the lid back on.
Scoff.

Normally just straight from the box. Sometimes a few seconds in the microwave

Piping hot with brandy butter.

10 secs in the microwave. Don’t like them cold.

Warm, & with a little piece of Wensleydale cheese popped under the lid.

Mice pies, cold all the way. Mince pies I have cold with warm custard or hot with cold cream.
