Pain on left side of bladder

Hello, has anyone had a random pain on the left side of their bladder? It gets worse at night and is accompanied by night sweats. Doctor said I didn't have a UTI so I am getting very anxious now and going for an ultrasound. If anyone has any comforting words of wisdom would really appreciate it.

Has the gp not tested a urine sample for a UTI?

I've got this too at the moment. Had internal swabs done and booked for ultrasound. I do have a coil but I've also had a very bad reaction to the covid vaccines which has meant months of flooding so I'm wondering if its related (I am pro Vax though and just had my booster)

thanks so much for replying. Doctor tested for UTI with a swab and said not a UTI

Can I ask where you’re feeling the pain?
I am waiting for an ultrasound for a pain in what I thought was my left ovary but gp felt was too far over. It’s just inside my hip bone.

Yes sure - mine is to the left of my pelvis so I think I am closer to the centre than you are?

I don't want to get all covid police, but night sweats are a symptom! I've got a 10mo EBF baby and have had constant night sweats but if it's new to you I'd check it out tbh

Thanks. My gp was talking about ovarian cysts. She said they can affect the bladder too. Hope you get good news from your ultrasound.

Mine is also into my pelvis. Worse around ovulation and sometimes causes pain all down my thigh. I do have pcos so I wonder if it's a cyst or something. Frustrating these things peak at Xmas when everything shuts down! I've not heard when my ultrasound will be but assume in a few weeks once new year has passed.

I've been having pain in my left hip and going around to the back, since having Covid, also very bad heartburn ❤️‍🔥 x
