Mumsnet has given me so much over the years, learning about relationships, abuse, gender, the magnificence of the Sistine Chapel.

I've had a really sore thumb, I think a splinter trapped under my nail. I've had to have antibiotics as it was getting pretty angry looking. Thanks to the wonderful women on here I learned about magnesium sulfate and think it might have saved Christmas. I won't be the grumpy cow in pain and dropping things. Instead the relief is very pleasing now mag sulf is doing it's job. Thanks, every one of you.
