I have been trying to order some tiles for my bathroom from an online company, the Web page kept getting stuck when I pressed the pay now button, I kept checking online banking and no payments were showing as pending and no confirmation emails were coming through.
I eventually got it to go through using PayPal but I had to press a button to confirm it as an offline order, I've never come across that with online shopping before.
I've just checked my account page on the tile website and it is showing 3 pending orders and 1 order as processing which is the PayPal one, the only pending payment on my online banking is the PayPal one.
The tile company are now closed for Xmas until 29th Dec, I've emailed them to advise only 1 order is needed.
Am j likely to be charged multiple times for this? Panicking a bit
