I have not been feeling that great lately (combo of stress, lack of sleep and generally feeling a bit burnt out). Off work from today until next weds, fairly busy Christmas Eve.
Today I have just been so knackered/ uninspired I have spent most of the day on the couch watching rubbish, but not really sure what I wanted to do instead. Tomorrow I have the day to myself again (no kids) and don’t want to waste it. So looking for ideas to unwind and refresh. I don’t want to go to the shops etc and can’t go too far as have a delivery in afternoon. I prob should do something productive like a long walk but don’t fancy doing anything too much as have period pains too. Any more exciting ideas than just sitting on the couch eating?
