I dont really enjoy meat anymore. We mainly eat chicken or mince which I find boring. Lamb is my favourite but even now Im not sure I want to eat it.
I really like fish though and dont think I could be without it.
I have a teenager and a 7yr old that I cook the same boring meals for!
Looking for inspiration if anyone has some!

We had celeriac mash with peas, veggie burger and gravy this evening.

Macaroni cheese last night

We love pizzas, baked potatoes with various toppings, soups..
Soup dinners are best when you bake your own bread and serve warm with good cheese and nice salad. A huge favourite here.

You can pick up some great veggie options in the frozen area of most supermarkets, serve them with roast potatoes, carrot peas etc and gravy. We recently had spinach and ricotta lattice bakes from Aldi they were top rate.

Haha, and am partial to a bowl of linguine now and then. Best with homemade garlic tomato sauce with good quality olive oil 😋

I'm in the same boat. Went off meat during my pregnancy and baby is now nearly 3 months - still no desire to eat it. The fake meat burgers etc are even worse - can't stand them.

I'm a bit worried as planning to low carb in the New Year and when I did it previously I basically ate meat for 90% of my meals... Blush need to work out what's low carb and non-meat!
