What can I do with a pork joint just on the turn?

Don't want to eat it it, don't want to waste it, don't have a dog to feed it to, what would you do?

when you say, on the turn, is it beyond date and starting to smell? If it looks fine and isn't smelling then I would cook it thoroughly. If it is slimy or discoloured or smelling then bin

If a few days over, I'd probably slow cook it with cider and barbecue sauce and make a pulled pork.

Don't chance eating it certainly not Pork cut it up and feed to the birds or local cats.

There's nothing you can do if you don't want to eat it. Throw it away.
