I'm trying to meal plan to save time and looking for some easy quick ideas for things I can do over and over again. There's usually two adults and 3-4 kids here. My imagination (and enjoyment of cooking) has abandoned me for now!

Mac and Cheese
Roast chicken and potatoes
Pizza
Hot dogs....

Our shopping is £80 for 3 adult sized people and a tween. I have started to prep or cook 3 meals on Sunday to last until Wednesday (freeze a chilli, prep spicy rice veg etc) Then have simple meal on Thursday which is shopping night. This works well in terms of doing activities after work/school.
