This year I'm determined to get fit and healthy. Enough is enough. I will start walking more, swim once a week and pilates. Food is my big issue, sweet junk food especially at night once dc in bed. So new year new me. Anyone with me?

Great! So what's your lifestyle/goals etc?
Lifestyle for me is I work 5 mornings 3 afternoons a week- can be late on my 3 full days. I have 2 dc in primary school who have clubs etc so I'm quite time poor- hence the aim to swim only once a week! I do virtually all the cooking except the occasional spag bol, curry or ready meal that dh 'makes' ! Honestly my biggest problem is chocolate and sweet cravings. Although chgesse and crisps are great too! I dont drink lots- although enjoying baileys at moment so I might give up completely for January but that wouldnt make much difference. I need to find the willpower to not eat everything possible once dc in bed.
