How do you know if you are depressed?
I have been feeling low for a while and keep getting extremely anxious about the smallest things. I am struggling to manage and organise Christmas. I get overwhelmed when shopping and can’t make decisions or choices. I have periods each day when I could just start crying for no real reason but try and stop myself. I feel sad lots of the time. I feel I have failed at Christmas this year but this isn’t just Christmas related. So is this depression or just a phase?
