Would you put your Christmas tree up if you were on your own?

For various Covid related reasons I'm going to be on my own on Christmas day. I'm ok about it but don't have the motivation to put my tree up. I have some lovely ornaments and it looks beautiful when it's up but cos it's just me, I can't be bothered! It might cheer me up to do it, but everything's so grim right now, what's the point...?

Absolutely . And it would be a spruce not a Nordman Fir . And it would be small and perfectly formed . And not a massive 6' affair that pleases the men in the family . Who don't clear it away .

I don’t think I’d bother if I didn’t have children tbh, even if I was in a relationship. I only really bother with Christmas for my children’s sake, I didn’t like it before they were born.
