Is there anywhere to still get a fresh turkey/crown?

We were only meant to be 4 adults and 1 toddler for Christmas, so were all set with a small joint of beef & a nut roast for me. But with a few Christmas trips cancelled, it looks like we might need to host a few more.

Obviously everyone has ordered their Christmas turkeys ages ago..but is there anywhere that might still have some? We'd only need a small one, or a crown maybe.

Marks had them in store on Saturday.

Aldi

Sainsbury's had loads this afternoon.

All the supermarkets will have them.

You could try a goose! So good.

Tesco has loads of options.

Easy to cook, almost impossible to dry out, lovely and flavourful, and you won’t be left with lots of leftover meat.

Tesco had what looked like hundreds of them yesterday.

Hm okay - maybe I need to pop to Sainsburys today. It was so manic when I went yesterday I couldn't properly look for anything!

Morrisons had loads this morning

yeah, our M and S had loads yesterday.
They didn't have any pigs in blankets though

I've just been to our local Aldi and they had LOADS! Plus all the other shelves were really well stocked too with staff constantly restocking.

Loads available in Sainsbury this morning - lots of different options and I am sure other supermarkets are the same. Normal pre Christmas shopping happening. It really isn't manic.

Everywhere I've been have loads.

Morrisons fresh turkeys are due in tomorrow but I should think most places have frozen.
We got ours from Aldi yesterday.

All our local butchers are sold out. Have been for ages.

@PaulGallico To be fair, I consider normal Pre-Christmas shopping manic. I miss my old local 24hr Tesco...did all my shopping at 11pm, was joyous

Most shops that sell a lot of food will have them (ie. supermarkets). It will be different on the 24th maybe, but not on the 20th/21st!
