Back ache early pregnancy

Hi everyone.
Hopefully looking for reassurance here but I’ve had a really difficult journey to getting pregnant. Found out I was pregnant yesterday and my back has been killing me today and I just feel I’m going to have another miscarriage after already having three. I’m scared to even go to the toilet just Incase I’m bleeding.
Im just worried about my back ache.
Am I being silly ?

If your back is very painful then you need to be accessed to make sure it’s not an ectopic pregnancy. During early pregnancy your ligaments loosen and your uterus is already beginning to stretch so period type aches are normal.
