Facebook marketplace. How do I post to local groups?

I can't work out how it works if I want to sell something. Do I post it on the general marketplace site or do I have to post it onto each local group that I am a member of? DH thinks it's the former but had that 'no-idea-but-im-incapable-of-just-saying-i-don't-know' look on his face so I'm none the wiser.

Ah Ok, that's really helpful thanks! I have posted something on the main marketplace page but I'll see if any of the local groups I've joined have a separate listing option.

I think this is why my house is a shit tip. I get stuck at the "this is what I want to get rid of" stage, take photos, use half a room storing everything before giving up and taking all to charity shops.
