MeredithGreyishblue · 18/12/2021 16:47

And flogging it on FB..

It's still crap. But now it's crap with even more plastic pollution. And shit ribbons.

We still know it all came from B&M - we have eyes. Now it's B&M crap wrapped in a load of cellophane. And charged at a stupid price on Facebook.

This is not a business. Please stop!

I know a lot of people are advertising this stuff for sale, but how many people are actually buying it?

NotTheOriginalFeargalSharkey · 18/12/2021 19:34

I clicked on this looking for advice on wrapping a turd in plastic.

Probably as useful as some of the other crap.?

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 18/12/2021 19:52

People must be buying this stuff, otherwise people would stop making it, wouldn't they? Or maybe I’m wrong, and people are fooled into thinking there’s a market for this tat, and are ending up with houses full of unsaleable rubbish wrapped in cellophane.

GucciBear · 18/12/2021 20:08

?? Wouldn't it be too squishy?? I do wish people would use the proper definitions and not a word which is not only distasteful but used to describe so many things!!

I'm adding hot chocolate cones to this grump too. Just enough. Xmas Sad

Sorry posted too soon.
People must be buying it.

MamaWeasel · 18/12/2021 21:42

Agree!

WinterOfOurDiscoTent · 18/12/2021 22:00

I always wonder who buys this stuff?

I've never received one, has anyone else? And if so, could you keep a straight face when presented with your cellophaned tat bouquet?

SushiGo · 18/12/2021 23:07

I don't know that anyone does buy it. Just because multiple people are advertising doesn't mean they've made any sales.

It's the crazy prices that get me. Why do you think £5 of products are now worth £20??

MeredithGreyishblue · 19/12/2021 08:06

Tat on sticks in cellophane is peak...

I can't imagine who buys it other than within some of the "mumtrepreneur" groups locally who all seem to order from each other. !

I mean, it’s overpriced tat wrapped badly but I do feel a bit sorry for these women who are trying to just make a bit of pin money and aren’t really hurting anyone. If anyone chooses to buy them then no harm done is it
