Constipation

My baby hasn't poo in 8 days I've just switched to kendamil and started him on fruit puree ,should I be worried also home remedies for constipation welcome. Please

Talking to your health visitor or GP is the best move.
I know what I'd do to cure constipation but I don't know how safe that would be for a baby. Home remedies are not necessarily safe for babies just because they're home remedies.

I think it's prunes and pears that are supposed to help if your baby is on solids. As well as tummy massage. But I agree with PP that you should contact the HV. If they don't have a weekend number try GP or NHS Direct. Eight days is a really long time. Depending on the age of your baby they may want to see you in A&E.

That's a long time without a bowel movement.
I think I'd seek medical advice from GP or HV.
Home remedies are useful after a couple of days.
I hope it gets sorted quickly.

Phewwww I spoke with my pharmacist and she gave me a baby suppositories. It worked in 1 hr .omg I've never been so happy to see poo.smilethanks for your support guys now I can carry on as normal the world is ending any more .xx
