Tried to access emails this morning and couldn't. Said i needed to verify my account so i re-entered the password; all fine. Then it needed to send me a code; again all fine, I got the code but it still said i was locked out. Now it is saying "account suspended, try again tomorrow"
It says i have violated the terms of service but I know that i haven't... I really need this personal email account for everything! I have had it for 20+ years and it is the only way i can keep in touch with people plus i have photos with attachments which i stupidly haven't saved.
I can't even go on the microsoft forums because my account is suspended! They don't seem to have a phone number or online chat service i can use. Any ideas?? Thanks...
