Tracking says parcel was initially due for delivery on the 3rd then was revised to the 10th. Still at delivery centre accord to tracking.
Have been trying to contact via phone number (automated, useless information) and live web chat (hours in queue).
I live not that far from the delivery centre. As I have the tracking number, does anyone know if I called at the centre would I be able to pick it up from there? I can’t call the centre to ask as appears to be no number available to allow me to do that.
