I purchased theatre tickets a while back but was unable to attend the show as I ended up with covid. After requesting a refund as I'd purchased the cover, they approved this but I then received an email from a company called the Wise Group who said they needed my bank details to send me the refund.
I've never had to do this before, usually it's a case of 'want a refund, request it, there you go straight into your account'. Can anyone advise if they've used this company before and its been OK?
