Such happy! My dog and cat are both cuddling me

So much crap around but currently I have my feisty little cat and my (usually terrified of cat) border collie right next to each other, sleeping on me.

This makes me happy. They are lovely and warm too.

No point to this post other than how lucky I feel to have animals in my life. They are perfect.

Happy to hear anyone else’s little happiness too.

Dcat has gone out on the prowl, probably to see the black cat 2 doors down (we think she likes him despite being done) ddog lives with ex. Dd was exposed to covid Monday so is keeping her distance (she's a student). No cuddles for me until dp gets home instead

That’s lovely OP! I know the feeling too. When my DC are at their dads my two cats always come and sleep on my bed, even the grumpy anti-social one. The squish up against me and purr like they don’t want me to be lonely. ❤️
