Anyone got one/thinking of getting one?

I got the email today saying they're in stock. Interested in the 55" one but it works out at £850.

What makes it better than just buying a 55" from John Lewis for under £500?

Also worry about it making our internet slower.

Thoughts anyone- or opinions from someone who has one would be great, thanks!

I don't have it but recently had a sky engineer out and when I asked him about it he said there was still some small issues. He said to wait a year before getting it.

Hmmm. I am interested too!

I was told that if it helps you to effectively pay in instalments then it's a good deal. If you have the cash to buy in full then there are better TVs available for the same cost.

It's got bad reviews and most said any smart tv is better

We looked at it, and decided that the technology is a little too new to risk investing in yet.

We've got Sky Q with 2 mini boxes upstairs, and will carry on using those for a bit longer. Running these hasn't affected our overall internet speed, apart from on the Apple TV app which I've just cancelled due to the horrendous buffering issues.
