I have just been on hold to Harry Potter studio tour for an hour and forty minutes

Update. They picked up, they were lovely and sorted my query in two minutes.

That's typical isn't it. You wait and wait and wait thinking they're never going answer, then start a thread and tada ! They answer. Next time time start a thread after 2 min !
