can anyone please help with DPD?

Had a bunch of xmas present on order for today. Company (Pachamama) have used DPD to deliver.

I was given an option of how i wanted parcel delivered so chose local pick up point.
I have just received messages that my parcel was delivered to my home and there are NO other options to collect it or have it delivered, and the pachamama website phone number is a duds, basically.

Can anyone help, this is a nightmare, DPD are not fit for purpose (not the first time)

sorry, meant to say i was not at home, so it has been taken off into the fucking sunset, to who knows where! No option or ability to collect or see it again.

If the email says it's been delivered I would go searching the garden/ storage boxes of you have any/bins and neighbours.

DPD always take a photo of where the item was delivered to. Have you checked that?

No honestly no neighbour has it (small row), they took a photo of our front door and put it on the little map in the email. WHen i click option to rearrange or pick up my parcel it says all options are unavailable.

I did not ask them to post to my home, i had selected a local shop.
they cant be held accountable as i cant contact them at all.

DPD always take a photo of where the item was delivered to. Have you checked that?
in a small row of terraced cottages, only 4 houses, no front garden or places to put a parcel. one neighbour in hospital, other house empty.

If DPD say it has been delivered, there won't be any options for redelivery. Do you mean they are saying it was delivered but it is missing or are you saying they have marked it as undelivered but took a photo to prove they were there? Did they leave a card? I think it might take time for the options to appear online if they have marked it as undelivered.

If it has gone missing, your contract is with the seller, not. DPD won't deal with you as their contract is with the seller, you will have to contact the seller.

so i do and the options when clicked say not available.
Just walled out.

I have proof that they had confirmed my delivery for tonight at a local pick up store. This has been blatantly ignored (as usual) and sent to my home address where nobody was there.

it was marked as undelivered in my email from them but website says no more delivery options.

Sorry I thought it had been delivered. A missed delivery can be rearranged, there will be a contact method somewhere.

It probably hasn't made it back to the depot yet, try at the end of the day.

i have had issues with them a lot.

it's the fact that they have delivered it to the wrong place is maddening.

theyve given me driver's name, and a parcel number but no way to contact them.

I had this over and over again recently and it turned out to be because my pick up point had stopped being a pick up point, but DPD hadn’t updated it on their website. So the driver would try to deliver and it would be rejected, sent back to depot and then “delivered” but of course I never saw it. In the end I searched something like “how do I speak to an actual person at DPD” and there was a Reddit thread which had a way to get through to an operator rather than getting sent round the same automated phone messages. Once I spoke to a real person, it was sorted out!

that's odd because they updated me yesterday that it was due at my collection point today. they are clearly a shitshow.

had a lot of issues with them and had to stop amazon using them to send my stuff.

You need to go back to whoever sold it to you. They can re-send and then take it up with DPD
