Anyone else having problems with Ocado?

I know stock availability has generally been bad for a while but todays order was dreadful. Over half my order was out of stock (despite showing as available at 5pm last night) and they didn't send a single substitute, not even for quite mainstream things like prosecco or tortilla chips or a packet of crumpets.

Even the You Give-We Give charity donation is showing as out of stock.

Had a delivery yesterday, and surprisingly no problems.
If you say, all was well yesterday, maybe the problem started today?
But then again I was mostly looking for party food. Hopefully someone will come along soon who is ordering today.

I have had the stock shortage issues with other shops (a little with Waitrose, a lot with Sainsburys). If they restock this evening would they let you know, or you have to look again?

Mine arrived today and only thing out of stock were Maltesers. And some haggis canapes which, whilst i was really looking forward to them, aren't exactly essentials.

It must be a local thing. I contacted their CS and apparently an 'operational hiccup' meant no substitutions were offered. The money they must have lost doesn't bear thinking of. There was over £100 of stuff missing from my order (it was a BIG shop).

I managed to get everything missing deliver from Morrisons though my Amazon Prime account. I pleaded the order at 9am and it was delivered by 10.30 so I wasn't too annoyed by the time Ocado turned up at midday but I felt sorry for the driver having to apologise to so many customers.

How the hell can 'you give we give' be out of stock?!?! It's clearly something wrong on their end.
