The extractor fan has just fallen off the ceiling

That's it, about an hour ago there was a huge crash and the bathroom extractor and is mostly in pieces on the floor with some of it still in the ceiling.

I'm not sure why I'm posting, but I felt I had to tell someone.

That must have been scary. And now you have the stress of trying to find someone to replace it.

One of the few benefits of renting is that I've already phoned in the repair (there isn't a switch to turn it off so I don't know it the ceiling bit is 'live').

I'm actually impressed because I'm still waiting for the repairs to me shed that are 2 year overdue.

All safe for now and then they will get in touch to replace it.
