See I read it like that, but then why haven't they just refunded me? I'm not reordering unless they give me my money back.

That’s a poor email. It says your order is “delayed” but then also it’s unlikely to be delivered and would you like to reorder. So it isn’t delayed is it, it’s cancelled?

You’ll have to ring I think.

I imagine they will refund in the next few days (assuming they have actually charged you - some retailers don't charge until it's sent to the courier).

Give them a ring, Next are usually pretty good customer service wise.

They clearly know something went wrong and order is missing.

I had this recently - you have to go on to the website and cancel the order (at least I did). The refund was back in 2 or 3 days.
