Is it OK to give my beauty therapist a Christmas present?

I would love to give my beauty therapist a small gift this Christmas. I don't tip her throughout the year even though she is excellent, almost like a friend, and feel I should give her a Christmas present.

Would a bottle of bubbly and/or a box of chocolates be ok? Or is it inappropriate?

Any thoughts welcome.

Mine prefers cold hard cash but I think either would be lovely. Everyone likes to be appreciated.

I tip my beauty therapist every time I visit throughout the year and give her an extra £20 at Christmas.
Bubbly or Chocolates sounds fine I'm sure she'll be happy to receive them.
