Coping with new covid restrictions

Feel very despondent about the new restrictions coming in, and not sure how I'll cope.

We gave moved to a new area and husband works 6 days a week, so I rely on toddler groups to reduce my social isolation and keep baby and toddler entertained. No doubt these will start to close now.

I've found the recent transition to 3 kids so hard, plus my dad died of late-diagnosed cancer recently, and I've gone on to anti-depressants for the first time in my life.

Anyone similar or care to commiserate with me?

I hope they don’t start to close toddler groups again, it has honestly been a total lifeline for me since they reopened. I had a baby in July last year so it was almost a year until we could go to a group and I felt so lonely and isolated. I have severe PND and I definitely blame restrictions for it.

Let's keep our fingers crossed @Hemingwayscatz Tbh even if they continue with masks I find that hard as I know it's deprivation for babies developing social and cognitive skills.
