Preparing night feeds

Hi all,
So I’ve recently been using the baby brezza prep machine. After a lot of research I’ve decided it’s probably not the safest way as some people have found too much or too little formula has been dispensed. My LO wakes up a lot during the night and even though she is 6 weeks will drink little and often, therefore making a bottle from scratch is just so hard during the night. During the day I do however, make these fresh.

I have looked at various ways to prepare bottles like storing in the fridge and also looked at what the perfect prep machine does.
I had an idea of boiling the kettle before bed, preparing bottles up to 90ml in our spare sterilised tommee tipee bottles. When coming down at night, boil the kettle whilst changing baby, pour 30Ml of water into one of our DR brown bottles which we use for feeds. Add the formula then add the cooled boiled water that we prepped before bed.

Does this make sense? Therefore I feel we have eliminated any bacteria that may be present in the formula.
I can’t think of a quicker way to prepare bottles as our baby does not like to wait.
I cannot use cartooned milk as my baby has a cows milk allergy and we are on A brand that does not sell pre made carton bottles.
Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
