Weird random sudden dislike to favourite wine?

So I have had a favourite wine for a few years now, and all of a sudden the type tastes disgusting to me!!

Not had covid
Not pregnant
No other wine affected
Just the type/ grape (eg cab sav)

DH says its just the same

Oh I'm reading Pp saying it's a Meno thing as if we don't have enough to deal with jeez

You’re rediscovering that alcohol isn’t actually very tasty at all?

I've had this throughout my drinking life - happily drinking Pinot Grigio, then suddenly can't stand it, then the same with Chardonnay etc. I think its fairly normal. View it as an exciting opportunity to try more delicious
