Hermes delivery

Does anyone have a phone number where I can speak to an actual human for Hermes delivery please?

Anyone??

I Googled it once and discovered an email address for the CEO.

But no telephone number 😕

If you do happen to find one, could you please post it here so I can keep a note of it?

In my experience it's all send a message & wait for a reply/online type contact. Which is perfectly fine when the person answering your question understands the question in the first place......

If it’s for a missing parcel I wouldn’t bother because there’s zero way of contacting them. I even used twitter and haven’t had a reply in over a week. Contact the seller that’s your best chance of a resolution. I had two parcels that were supposed to be delivered on 3rd December. One was from the works and they have sent a replacement because Hermes have lost the parcel. The other one I’m still waiting for a reply from seller. I spoke to the delivery man today when he came with said replacement parcel and he was zero help. I’m guessing my other parcel has gone awol too. It’s so frustrating!

Depending on your situation, try your local Facebook page , our local hermes drivers number is shared on ours so people ring them directly to find out where their parcel is.

Would love to know the answer to this as well. I paid for next day delivery with 3 different companies last week and they are all stuck somewhere "on the way to courier". My experience tells me when this happens you have no chance of ever seeing your parcel. They also claimed to have delivered a parcel the week before at 23.57 then uploaded a plain black picture for their photo of the item being delivered. I can almost deal with them not having time to deliver, but not the lying about it. I'm so upset and don't seem able to get a respose from the retailers or hermes.
I'm now checking which places use them and put off doing a big order today with fatface and M&S because they only had the option for using Hermes for delivery.

Don’t use Matalan - they use Hermes . I am joined by 100s of others on matalan Facebook page asking where our stuff is. Hermes impossible to get hold of.
