Just noticed this payment
It came out at some point today but wasn't there this morning
I cancelled prime about six months ago
Any ideas ?
Think I need to contact my bank but this has happened a few times in the past where I've managed to figure it out but pretty stumped this time

Go in to your amazon account and check your order history or subscriptions.

My standard prime membership is only 7.99? Could you have paid for a channel on there that cost 9.99 a months?

if you go to your amazon account there is a section that says something like your orders/invoices and all my prime video purchases show.

I've checked my account and nothing is showing
I've asked my exh if there's any way it's something he has bought

If this was Amazon, it wouldn't show up as 'Prime Video', unless someone has bought one single movie/series with your account. All my Amazon subscriptions have only ever shower as amazon.co.uk or similar. Prime Video is something you get with Amazon Prime, not a subscription in itself. I'd check with the bank and definitely on your Amazon account.

Did you buy a movie on prime? Even by accident?

Amazon are really helpful if you ask them on the customer service chat. There is also a feature on the app to check all transactions not just purchases.

My DD accidentally ordered a movie through Prime Video that was £9.99 and it was refunded as it was purchased in error (she’s 4 and I should be more careful). So agree it sounds like a one-off purchase rather than subscription.
