What's a good racket for a 12 yr old beginner? 🎾🎾🎾

It really depends how tall they are, kids rackets come in different sizes so shorter for shorter kids, but some 12 year olds are the size of full grown adults. We got advice from the tennis coaches - at this age, they may be able to get a decent racket that will last them into adulthood.
