Tomorrow is easy, DD has requested pasta and tomato sauce. Max 45mins prep and cooking time. DC eat pretty much everything, except DD won't eat mushrooms.

I’m making shakshuka with homemade bread now the side. (I’ve finished work for Christmas, bread here usually comes from Waitrose).

Tomorrow I’m doing cod with a lemon and pancetta crumb with giant cous cous and garlic tender stem broccoli. After that, it’s operation freezer use up, I need space for Christmas!

We are having butternut squash and salmon risotto with peas. Baked in the oven for ease.
