Weekend away

Hi,
My husband and I have the opportunity to go away for the weekend without the children in Feb. We live in Hampshire, so are looking for recommendations for somewhere that's 2 hours drive max away.
Has anyone got any recommendations of where to visit?

Do you like countryside, coast, cities? Bath is an obvious suggestion as it's not too far, Bristol too. Exmoor is a good option if you want to go walking etc.

To be honest, absolutely anywhere!
We're 30, so looking for somewhere that's going to have something to do during the day or some kind of activity nearby. I'd say more coast or city than countryside.
My friend did mention Bath.
