I used to be a smoker. The cigarettes became so expensive it was madness to continue to smoke. I decided I had to give up. I turned to vaping. That was about 4 and half years ago. There was some trial and error at first but it was very successful. I gave up cigarettes and I never want to take them up again. It's a horrible habit.
I started with high-ish strength nicotine and then eventually I moved to a 0 strength. It was a natural progression for me. I didn't intend to move to 0 strength. Then over time I stopped relying on the vape and I started to use it less and less. I gave up the vape by accident. That was about 15 months ago.
I haven't vaped in about 15 months and it's nearly 22 months since I went to 0 strength in nicotine.
Basically I am experiencing a lot of stress lately and lately I am experiencing some nicotine cravings and so far I am fighting them. I am never going back to the cigarettes again but it did cross my mind this week. I felt like buying a packet of cigarettes but I just couldn't.
I'm thinking about taking up the vape again. I don't have any supplies and I will need to but new equipment and new juices.
Just wondering if I should move backwards and take up the vape again.
