Hermes Print In Store - any good/reliable?

Has anyone used Hermes' Print In Store option? Did it actually work?

I need to send a parcel tomorrow and can't print a label beforehand, but if I turn up at the shop and it isn't working, I'll be a bit screwed.

I use it all the time, just scan the qr code and the machine prints a sticky label. So easy and never had an issue
