Updated operating system on Mac and now I've lost all my passwords

My god I hope there's an IT expert on here because my googling isn't helping!

My dh updating the operating system on my Mac and for some reason it's now showing his email and passwords as the keychain default - I've added mine but can't get it to be the default. I'm at the end of my IT capabilities and he doesn't know how to change it.

Please help!

When you say can't get it to be fault have you, once you've added it have you right clicked on it and clicked make default? Or is that not working at all?

Thank you Triyo. I've added my details in the keychain access in the applications menu, but DH's details are still showing after I click 'apply'. I'll right click and set as default, let me have a look.

Bugger. When I right click 'make default' isn't an option :-(

Whose account is it logged into? Is it because it’s using his Apple ID rather than yours?
