Bleeding between periods? Is it normal

Hi everyone, I'm 22. I came off the cerezette pill about 8m ago. My periods have settled down and im haveing them every 4 weeks. I heard you can bleed during ovulation so thought that's why I bleed 2 weeks after my period. But during the other weeks I can spot with cramps. Is this normal too?
I had sex 2 days ago and now I'm cramping with a tiny bit of light pink blood. This cant be spotting can it? I'm just really confused..

*on the last part I meant implantation not spotting

Definitely worth a chat with the doctor. I’ve had a polyp and ovarian cysts which can cause bleeding between periods
