Check under recessed ceiling lights or recessed spot lights. They may also be under downlights.

Do you mean the light fitting or the bulb?

Do you mean the bulb? Spot light bulbs are generally GU10, the name will be on the bulb.

Awful! I hate them. So tricky to get the bulbs in and out.
Am about to have a new light fitting fitted by an electrician then have the ceiling redone to remove all evidence that the previous owner opted for recessed light fittings.
