So frustrating, British airways have joined with nectar so you can convert between them. I never use air miles so converted them to nectar points for Christmas food - it’s been 12 days now and nothing has happened. Nectar say contact BA and BA are not answering phone or emails. Anyone else tried converting points yet? Not sure what to try next.
